I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and modern, although a bit small for the beds. The service was excellent, with kind and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Old Town Transit Centre, but the limited opening hours of some facilities made me a bit uncomfortable.

The facilities were well-maintained and convenient for my needs.

The service, especially from Bob, was incredibly helpful, although the presence of many kids affected the overall noise level. The dining options were a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of channels for the kids but with room for improvement in guest services. The location is ideal for exploring San Diego, especially Old Town and Little Italy, though slightly saturated with children. The facilities provided were satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
